Do you take returns or exchanges if something doesn’t fit? No.
Every shirt is made to order, which means once it goes into production, it’s yours.
If we sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged, we’ll fix it.
If you guessed on size and missed, we can’t take it back—check the size chart before ordering.
Why no returns for sizing? Because this isn’t a warehouse operation—it’s print-on-demand.
We make your shirt after you order it.
No stock sitting around = no swapping sizes later.
Best advice: measure a shirt you already like and compare before ordering.
What kind of shirts are these? Everything is printed on Comfort Colors 1717.
  • 100% cotton
  • Garment-dyed
  • Relaxed, broken-in feel
It’s the kind of shirt you’ll wear a lot—and probably have to keep an eye on so it doesn’t disappear.
How long will it take to get my order? We print it first, then ship it.
Production usually takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping usually takes another 3–5 business days.
Most orders land in about 10 days.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? If you catch it quickly, there’s a chance.
Once production starts, it’s locked in and can’t be changed.
Where do you ship? We ship within the United States only.
APO/FPO addresses are good to go.
What happens if I put in the wrong address? We ship to exactly what you enter at checkout.
If it’s incorrect and the package gets returned, we can reship it—but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
What if my order shows up damaged or incorrect? That’s on us, and we’ll fix it.
Send us your order number and a photo of the issue.
If it’s a misprint, defect, or wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Will the shirt look exactly like it does online? Minor color differences and slight print variation can happen.
That’s normal with made-to-order printing.
If it is WAY off, that might fall under "damaged or incorrect" and we would love to see a picture and chat with you about it.
