Made-to-Order Items
All products are made to order.

Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Preference changes

This is consistent with how print-on-demand fulfillment works, where items are created after purchase rather than stocked inventory.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing before ordering.
We strongly recommend:

Checking the size chart
Comparing measurements to a shirt you already own

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged
Misprinted
Incorrect

Order Changes
Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once production starts, changes are not possible.
